Our families have rented units from Pelican Vacation Homes on many occasions, and we are always most happy! In particular, we love the units above Main Street Mercantile on 2nd Street, “Kate” and “Eliza.” The units are not only spotlessly clean, they are beautifully decorated and have just what we need to be comfortable. The shared porch with bed swing, overlooking 2nd Street is a great spot to chill.

By the grace of God we were put in contact with Caryn By a friend of hers! My husband and I decided to travel from Daytona Beach to Cedar Key on our motorcycle to watch the sunset and spend the night because we have heard that this is an amazing town. Only to find out when we got there that the VRBO that we rented for the evening was sold three weeks ago, and we were never notified. So needless to say at 2:30 in the afternoon, we were not wanting to turn around and drive the motorcycle all the way home because of no fault of our own, but thankfully was put in contact with Heather at the Cedar Key bed-and-breakfast Who was kind enough to give us her friends name to get us a place to stay for the evening. I am so grateful to these two women who went above and beyond so my husband and I could have a nice place to sleep tonight and are able to watch the sunset in our beautiful state. And you can better believe that I will recommend this company every single time! Thank you again!!!!

We stayed at Pelican Vacation Home located at 16551 Heron Lane Cedar key. The area around Cedar Key is beautiful. There were a few issues with the property. However it was taken care of by Pelican Vacation Homes. We will be going back to stay for sure in the future.

My wife and I decided to spend our vacation somewhere there wasn't bumper to bumper traffic and wild kids running all over the place. We settled on Cedar Key FL. We were invited to stay in Aunt May's Cottage, which was ideal. We were able to get the rest we needed. The History of Aunt May, along with the town of Cedar Key was absolutely incredible. We had a great experience with this company. We arrived in town with no reservations and decided that we wanted to stay. Mayor Sue at the Welcome Center connected us with Caryn and within minutes we were standing inside a beautiful waterfront condo that is literally steps away from Dock Street with all the shops and restaurants. We could not have been any happier with the communication, the condo location and the cleanliness of our well appointed unit Island Place 106 . We had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed every minute of our time. CK is a very special place and this company is great to work with if you want to plan a relaxing or romantic getaway.
